Join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30pm to 10:00pm, Saturday from 10:30am-12:00pm, and open mat from 12:00pm-1:30pm every Sunday for our exciting, thrilling Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Drop ins are $20. This class is taught by our amazing Professor Sam Osman. Our classes run with GI and no GI. Make sure to suit up!

FITNESS & CONDITIONING
Conditioning exercise is moving in such a way that it increases physical fitness and athletic skill. This will decrease the risk of any sport related injury. Conditioning programs can be anything from aerobics, weight training, plyo-metrics, and other exercises which involve real-life actions. Athletes will use specific movements that imitate the real moves used in the ring.
C4 MMA has a program for everyone. Our Kids MMA classes are a perfect fit for any boy or girl wanting to learn something new, build on their self defence, and overall improve their health. Meet new friends, work alongside the most qualified MMA trainers, and build up some sweat at C4 MMA.
